#11 Beale Ciphers
In the 1800s, a man from Virginia, Thomas J. Beale, found gold and silver while he was on a hunt for wild buffalo in New Mexico.
He gathered all the gold and silver and buried it close to Bedford County.
He also wrote three messages in an encrypted script which supposedly led to these treasures. After his death, his friend released these letters to the public.
However, only one of these letters could be cracked, leaving two messages that are yet to be understood.
