#3 Macaw
Macaws have long lifespans as well, often reaching well into their 60s and 70s. Some even live up to the age of 80 years if they lead happy and natural lives.
They mostly feed on nuts and seeds that are native to rainforests.
Macaws, in all their colorful glory, are unfortunately endangered due to illegal pet trade and loss of habitat. A few species of Macaws have already gone extinct.
This colorfully delightful species has been a matter of intrigue and amusement for many, from bird watchers to the occasional zoo visitors.
