#6 More Milk Means Stronger Bones
The dairy industry spent a fortune on advertising campaigns for making us believe that milk is great for our health, while in reality, it is not. Backed by propagandas from the health ministry, milk was advertised as the staple choice for Vitamin D and calcium.
Multiple studies have proved that there is no connection between daily milk consumption and stronger bones. Drinking milk could be an individual choice, and if you are lactose intolerant then it’s a strict no-no.
However, if you do not have any allergic reactions to milk, then it’s fine to consume milk. While milk doesn’t account for stronger bones per se, it does taste delicious and is better than alcohol.
