Whether it’s forgetting where you placed the keys or trying to remember if you turned off the oven before you left the house; everyone has moments where our forgetfulness gets the better of us.
Whilst having a poor memory every so often is completely normal, it can be disheartening if it occurs on a regular basis. The good news is, there are techniques to help us prepare our brain for when our memory seems to give in.
