#31 Your Eyes Never Rest
Well, it is actually the brain that never goes off to sleep. It is always in an active mode. Even while we are sleeping our body is not at total rest.
Our eyes are the extended version or part of the brain’s nerve called Cranial nerves. These nerves keep functioning even when we are fast asleep. The muscles controlling the eyes and eyelids work well when rested, so a power nap may aid in their functioning by a lot.
