#21 Cataract Is As Common As Getting Gray Hairs
A cataract is a very common condition. As the human body ages, the vision starts to get weaker. Similarly, with age, cataract sets in the eyes. In a normal health condition, a cataract is considered to occur around the age of 70.
A cataract is a cloudy patch that forms in the lens of the eye which causes a decline in vision. It generally happens to one eye and can very much affect the second one too. Symptoms include blurred or double vision, issues with colour recognition, trouble seeing in the dark, and faded images in bright light.
