#19 Is 20/20 A Normal Vision?
The concept of a normal vision is quite volatile. Usually, 20/20 is considered to be an apt vision when it comes to reading the eye check-up chart, but it doesn’t mean that anything less than this brings down your vision. In fact, 20/16 is a good vision and 20/8 is the best.
When you go for an eye check-up, the doc asks you to read a chart. If you are able to read that chart from 8 feet away, then your vision would be 20/20. Similarly, the ability to read the chart from 20 feet away would mean that you have an eyesight of either 20/8 or 20/16.
