After the discovery of this new form of matter, Swirlons are spicing up the physics world. Nikolai is thrilled to have made this incredible discovery and is amazed that so much of what has been studied for centuries is being changed slowly over time.

He will continue to work on forming a model out of active matter to further understand the phases that swirlons can take on. He believes that it’s important to truly continue to study these made particles in order to see the true nature of active matter.

Since its discovery in 2020, there haven’t been any more large findings.
