29. Moving Forward with Swirlons
Brilliantov and his team are still conducting various studies and hope to uncover more about these new particles. They want to move their computer-simulated studies to real-world investigations and even real-world experiments.
They are now working to develop more sophisticated models that can mimic swirlonic behavior in our everyday lives, with animals such as fish and insects.
In these models they are hoping to see active particles having information processing capabilities, that will later allow them to make movements like other living creatures do.
With their fingers crossed, they are hoping to see if this updated model can reveal secrets behind flocking, schooling, and swarming.
