The acid in the stomach is a strong and deadly combination of hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride and potassium chloride. It is so vigorous that it can almost dissolve a razor blade.
The pH level of our body is around 7.4 whereas that of the stomach acid lies between pH 1 and 2. It is a mix of all gastric juices from different secretions. It further has the ability to kill various bacteria due to its highly acidic nature.
