#30 You Wake Up 1 Centimeter Taller In The Morning
During the resting position, while we are lying down, our body stretches and the spine is decompressed. Hence, when you wake up in the morning you actually are a bit taller. As the day passes and we indulge in various activities, the body gets back to its normal height.
In fact, in outer space, the astronauts get taller than their normal heights by a few inches due to lack of gravitational forces on their spine. As they return to earth, they get into normal shape due to the effect of gravity.
