29. Sleeping Away Our Life
Whether you’re an early bird or a late owl, all human beings need sleep to store, repair and replenish their mind and body. While the individual duration of sleeping times may vary from person to person, we can say that the average human sleeps around 8 hours every night.
This means that they will spend around 229,961 hours of their lives sleeping. This means that they will spend about 1/3rd of their lives sleeping! It may seem like we are wasting our time, but then again,w e won’t be able to function physically or mentally without sleeping.
