Diseases That Modern Medicine Still Can’t Cure

#2 Leukemia

Leukemia is a type of blood cancer, where the body starts producing excess white blood cells. When this happens, red blood cells and platelets start getting crowded out. This is quite serious because we need red blood cells to transport oxygen and carbon dioxide from every cell in our bodies!

While in some people, leukemia grows gradually, in others it’s a rapidly growing condition with symptoms like easy bleeding, bruising, frequent infections, fatigue and drastic weight loss. While there is no cure for leukemia, the resultant cancer can be treated to prevent it from returning.
