You may have heard that a glass of wine once in a while is known to be good for the heart. However, a new study by the American Society For Clinical Oncology (ACSO) shows that alcohol consumption on a regular basis could increase your risk of cancer by 6% for the ladies, and 4.5% for men. 

And we’re not just talking about binge or heavy drinking. Even light drinking has been linked to a variety of cancer – from breast, head, colon, and neck. What’s worse, 70% of Americans don’t link alcohol to cancer.
