#23 The Blue Skin Family
The Fugates, famously known as Blue Fugates was a family of six who all had distinct blue skin.
The Fugates resided in the hills of Kentucky and not one member of the family has a normal skin tone.
The reason for the blueness in their skin was allegedly a result of a skin disorder that ran in the family. The condition known as methemoglobinemia (blood disorder in which an abnormal amount of methemoglobin was produced) carried down by a recessive gene and bloomed through intermarriage.
