#29 The Brain Shrinks With Age
As we age, our brain undergoes several changes. The functioning of the brain slows down and it begins to shrink. It usually happens in the middle ages, however, different individuals are affected differently.
As people age, it becomes quite common to experience memory problems such as difficulty in remembering names, recalling numbers or addresses, and learning anything new. The memory power starts diminishing by the age of 20 and worsens as we age further.
