#10 You’ll Sleep Faster When Sleep Deprived
Normally, it takes an individual about 15 minutes to fall asleep. However, in some cases, the person may fall asleep in less than five minutes. If it’s so, then it is highly likely that the person is sleep deprived.
The time it takes us to doze off is called sleep latency. Falling asleep too early or finding it difficult to sleep beyond the normal timeline may be due to an underlying sleep condition.
