#15 Bimodal Sleeping
Back in the 17th century, people slept in shifts. Waking up in the middle of the night for an hour or two was normal. This was the “me time” for people back then and was considered one of the most productive intervals.
During this interval, people would engage in different activities such as reading, chopping wood and sewing clothes. The next shift of sleeping would continue until dawn.
