#17 Insomnia
Not getting enough sleep some nights is okay. However, if the condition persists then it may be a sign of a more chronic condition called insomnia. Insomnia isn’t rare; nearly 15% of the world’s population suffers from it.
Contrary to popular belief, insomnia isn’t just about the difficulty in falling asleep. It also takes into consideration the drowsiness, poor concentration and other difficulties felt by the patient.
