If you think that sleepwalking is restricted to horror films, you’re wrong. Sleepwalking is as real as your existence. It’s a condition triggered by poor sleep hygiene and other lifestyle habits.
Sleepwalking can be dangerous as your body is just awake enough to move but not act consciously, as the brain is still asleep. There have been cases of binge eating, doing household chores, and even driving.
