3. The Food Is Meant To Increase Your Cravings
A close glance at the nutritional label pasted behind the pack of a processed food item shows that the content has very little nutrition but plenty of additives, sugar, salt, sodium, and unhealthy fats. These are in fact, the very same ingredients that are found in most junk or fast food that’s available, around us.
These harmful additives don’t do anything good for the body, but what they do is that they make us crave more. That’s why it’s often so hard to stop at just one strip of bacon or with one sausage.
