28. Commercial Bread Is a No-No
Bread is a staple sight at breakfast tables around the world and the only difference is probably in the size, shape, and the manner in which it is consumed. Commercial bread however is best avoided because the manufacturers don’t always care about keeping the bread healthy; what they are most interested in is extending the product shelf-life.
Opt for bread that has a shorter expiry date because it means that it has fewer preservatives and if possible, learn to bake your own bread too. You’ll find that breakfast leaves you feeling more fulfilled and less hungry.
