27. Say No To Low Fat Products
Low-fat products being healthy for you without letting you pile on the pounds is a joke. Stay away from anything that sounds too good to be true because it probably is. A lot of products such as milk and yogurt are actually not worth consuming if the healthy fats are removed from them.
Those are the good fats your body actually needs because it has some great vitamins in them. On the other hand, look out for high sugar and salt content in such low-fat products because they make you unhealthy.
