There’s something so eye-catching about a pretty frosted cake staring back at you in a bakery. However, making cake frosting a part of your diet isn’t a smart thing to do. It has a huge amount of saturated fat and trans-fat besides other additives, unhealthy oils, and artificial coloring.
Eating commercial frosting that comes out of a can regularly lead to a number of health concerns like heart disease, weight gain, liver problems, and even infertility in females. Not to forget, the sugar content also leads to cavities, gum problems, and teeth decay.
