12. Processed Food= Many Extra Calories
Each time we have a full American breakfast, a biscuit laden with preservatives or even cereal that’s doused with extra sugary syrup, we are burdening our digestive system with that many extra calories. The highest calories are found in processed food that is laden with sugar and salt.
All these extra calories combined with a sedentary lifestyle eventually turn into mini deposits of fat that begin to accumulate in the body. Once processed food is cut off from the diet, it is easier to get on track to good health.
