26. Is There a Reason to Panic?
There is no need to panic about the coronavirus virus just yet. The World Health Organisation declared it a global emergency so that countries can take precautionary action to protect its citizens. They said there is a window of opportunity to limit the spread of the virus.
The vast majority of us won’t come into contact with an infected person. And whilst it is extremely sad that so many people have already died from the virus, in proportion to the rest of the human population this is less than 0.0000001% of us.
That being said, it’s important we all take this seriously and take steps such as washing our hands in order to stop the spread of deadly viruses and bacteria.
